1、Operation of each device before work Before driving, the prime mover should be closed in place, so that the extractor is in a separated state, and the power switch on the front control box panel should be closed.
1) Stop the vehicle at the designated place (not on the slope), tighten the hand brake and put the transmission in neutral.
2）Large compressed garbage truck vehicle: when the air pressure of the chassis rises to more than 0.7Mpa, step on the clutch pedal and manipulate the pickup switch to make it engage.
3）Slowly release the clutch pedal, the power take-off starts to beep alarm, and enter the state of preparation for operation.
2、Operation of press fitting
1) The engine is in idle state, press the power switch button on the front control box panel to turn on the power; select the "pressure loading" working mode on the front control box panel;
2) Go to the right side of the rear filler, open the cover of the filler, and operate the "lifting bucket" action in the rear control box to complete the garbage filling;
3) Press the button of the press-fill cycle ("one cycle" or "continuous cycle"), then press the button of the press-fill cycle to fill the hopper with garbage, and then press the button of the next press-fill cycle;
4) Repeat this until the push plate is retracted and the garbage can is full of garbage.
