Check the pressure of each pressure valve in the hydraulic system, if there is any deviation, it should be adjusted in time (carried out by professional personnel); clean the suction oil filter element of the hydraulic system, check the return oil filter pressure, when the return oil filter pressure pointer reaches 0.08MPa, it should be replaced in time for the return oil filter element assembly (for one-time use); check the connectors and sealing surfaces of the joint sealing situation; find that the high-pressure hose has cracks, local damage and aging and expansion, etc. It should be replaced in time when it is found. Check whether there is any blockage of filter and cracking and aging of air hose in the air circuit system, and replace them if necessary. Check the rubber sealing strip on the joint surface between the dumpster and the filler and the rubber gasket of the drain valve, and replace them if necessary. Check the condition of hydraulic fluid. If the hydraulic fluid is found to have more pollutants, turbid black, foam emulsification and viscosity changes, etc., the hydraulic fluid must be replaced. Note: When replacing the hydraulic oil, the push shovel cylinder, lifting cylinder and skateboard oil is in full contraction state, the scraper cylinder is in full extension state, after the old oil is discharged, remove the coarse and fine oil filter in the oil tank, clean the coarse filter, oil drain screw and oil tank, and install it back after cleaning. Add clean hydraulic oil to the oil scale range, exhaust the air mixed in the pipeline.
