1, put an end to the phenomenon of diffuse cans, the phenomenon of diffuse cans, then stop immediately. If the phenomenon of diffuse tank, sewage containing impurities into the pump, the oil in the vacuum pump is contaminated, resulting in increased friction in the pump chamber, serious wear and tear, the pump body temperature rises, suction drops. If it is serious, it will wear the pump body and even burn the pump.
2, pay attention to the oil volume in the oil-air separator, insufficient oil, add in time. If there is not enough oil in the vacuum pump, it will cause the temperature of the pump body to rise, suction to fall, and even burn the pump.
3、Timely discharge the water vapor separator trapped in the water vapor separator, keep the water vapor separator clean. Prevent too much water from entering the vacuum pump, resulting in emulsification of the oil in the vacuum pump. The emulsification of the oil reduces the lubrication ability, leading to increased wear of the pump and decreased suction.
4, pay attention to the running time of the vacuum pump, the continuous running time of the vacuum pump should not exceed 15 minutes. If the vacuum pump runs for a long time, the temperature of the pump body rises and the oil boils and evaporates, leading to a decrease in suction power.
5. Add grease to the universal joints on the transmission shaft of the vacuum pump on time to maintain lubrication and smooth rotation. The smooth rotation of the transmission shaft reduces the load of the vacuum pump bearings and prolongs the use time of the vacuum pump.
6, replace the oil in the vacuum pump on time to prevent the oil from deteriorating. Degraded oil loses lubricating ability, resulting in increased friction in the pump, increased pump temperature, decreased suction, and in serious cases, it will lead to pump burning.
