Different sprinkler pumps on the water source requirements are different, clear water pumps require that there can be no impurities in the water, turbid water pumps require that the water can not have stones and too much sediment.

Sanitation sprinkler suction water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum, in order to suck the water into the box. The intake pipe system must be sealed and reliable, the hose can not be broken, and the hard pipe can not be cracked, otherwise it will produce air leakage, which will cause the situation of sucking water.

Centrifugal sprinkler water pump each time before suction, must add a certain amount of priming water to the water pump, after adding must close the water port. Self-priming water pump when used for the first time, need to add priming water, and then do not have to add priming water.
4: sanitation sprinkler winter must release water
Before winter comes, the water pump and water pipe should be emptied to prevent freezing and cracking. The northern part of our country is generally no longer construction in winter, so after the end of construction, the water pump and the water pipe will be emptied immediately to prevent future problems.

Sprinkler whether in the suction before, or in the sprinkler before, pickup device gear must be in parking.
6: Sanitation sprinkler back to the field after maintenance
Clean the sprinkler. Check and add fuel, lubricant and coolant. Check the tightness of the fan, water pump and other belts, inappropriate timely adjustment. Check the air pressure of tires and the sealing condition of each gear box. Check and organize the accompanying objects.
7: Sanitation sprinkler regular drainage
Sanitation sprinkler water tank is equipped with a sewage pipe, the inlet of the tank is the low point of the water tank. After a period of use, an occasional check to open the sewage pipe switch, the tank accumulated debris excluded, until the water becomes clear.
